Soft Reset: Hold "RESET" button under lid for about 5 seconds.
Factory Reset: Hold "UNITS" and "INFO" buttons together for about 10-15 seconds. Unit will start beeping. Let go of buttons once the WiFi icon on the display screen starts blinking, indicating that the unit has reset.
After the above resets please give the unit 10 min to finish the reset process.
Check the firmware by holding info and pressing units 3 times till you see BLD the current firmware is 189. If you are under that please go to the app and update the firmware.
Battery Reset: Push and hold the RESET and INFO buttons at the same time. Hold for 5-6 seconds. The screen will go black and the unit will be unresponsive for 30-120 seconds. It will boot up by itself after a couple of minutes.
