I emailed Customer Service. When will I hear back?

If you received a confirmation email titled “Help is on the way!” and a message saying “Thanks for reaching out to Goal Zero Support. Your request (XXXXX) has been received.” you are officially in the queue: the number (XXXXX) provided in this email is your official ticket number and will be reviewed by a real person on the Goal Zero team.

Our response times are currently longer than usual as we undergo a physical office move, backend system migration, and re-training of our support team. A lot happening at once, but concentrated time so we can get back up to normal sub-24 hour speeds by the end of July 2025. In the meantime, responses may take up to 1 week as we work through this maintenance period. Thank you so much for your patience. 

Tip: When you fill out your contact form, please include as much information as possible (order date, place of purchase, item in question, etc) so when your ticket comes up for review we can help you as quickly as possible.
