How do I check the status of my order?

Tracking details are provided by email, please check your inbox. Sometimes there can be a slight delay in updated tracking info but if your details have not changed in over a week, please contact us here and our team will look into the shipment.

Similarly, if you have a multi-box order and only one box has shown up, allow 1 additional week for the remaining items – please contact us here if they do not arrive and we’ll get on it.
