Unfortunately, we do not allow order cancellations.
Our warehouse team’s top priority is fast fulfillment and shipping, which means when an order is placed there is a VERY short window to catch it. Once an order is picked up by a carrier, we cannot pull it back.
In lieu of cancellation, we can provide with you with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and you may send items back to us for a refund as long as they are unopened and unused.
