Please search your app store for the Goal Zero app and download it.
Next, you'll need to reset your Yeti PRO 4000 by holding the UNITS and INFO buttons simultaneously for 10 seconds. Once the reset is complete, you should see both the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth symbols flashing on the screen.
Now, proceed to follow the instructions within the app for adding/connecting a new device (In order to update you need to CLOUD connect). Once your Yeti is successfully connected, navigate to the Device Settings Menu (look for the gear icon in the top right corner). From there, you'll find the option to update the firmware.
Important Notes for the Wi-Fi Connection:
- You will need access to a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network for this process.
- This Wi-Fi network cannot be powered by the Yeti itself. If you're using a Starlink or a hotspot, ensure it's drawing power from a source other than your Yeti PRO 4000.
Update the Firmware.
