Yeti PRO 4000 APP not connecting?

App not connecting?

  • Verify that Bluetooth & Wifi icons are blinking on the Yeti unit. If the Bluetooth icon is not blinking then the unit may not be broadcasting, and the Yeti cannot be discovered on the App. You can reset the Wifi Module by holding down the PAIR button located on the back of the Yeti unit for ~5 seconds until you hear a beep.
  • If attempting to cloud connect and you run into an issue where you manage to connect to the network but fail to connect to the cloud, please check the Display Menu by selecting the Device Info settings menu and scrolling through the menu options until you reach the Wifi section. It should display your Wifi SSID and the Signal Strength of the connection. You'll ideally want a signal strength of above -50dBm (a value closer to 0 and not further negative).
  • After verifying that the Yeti's connection to the wifi is not weak, please retry the pairing process. If it doesn't work a 2nd time, then there may be an issue with the cloud servers at the moment. Please wait some time before retrying or contact customer support for a status update on the cloud status.
