Output Toggles are unresponsive?
- If display and display menu DO work:
- Confirm Battery Voltage - For issues relating to non-functioning output ports, confirm that the battery Voltage is still within the operating Voltage range. This can be done from the Display Menu via the Device Info settings menu by scrolling through the menu options until you reach Pack Voltage. In some circumstances, the displayed SoC can report an incorrect value due to incorrect/incomplete calibration or due to the unit having been left idle for an extended period of time, and will report higher SoC than is true of the actual battery voltage which is required for functionality. If the battery voltage reaches below a certain value (about 49V or less) then the discharge mosfets are locked and the Yeti will disable port output. In this state, the Yeti is functionally 0% SoC even though display says otherwise. Generally, the solution to this is to recharge the Yeti and port output should be re-enabled after reaching a sufficient threshold.
- If display and display menu DO NOT work, or if the unit remains unresponsive after ~ 4 hours of charging using the included AC power cable:
- Charge from DC Power supply - If the customer owns a 120/230W DC power supply, have them attempt to charge their Yeti using this DC power supply overnight. If the customer does not already own a 120/230W DC power supply, provide one, at no cost to the customer, to attempt device recovery.
