There are two ways to find this information:
- On the unit itself: Look for the label on the rear of the unit, located beneath the rightmost cover.
- Through the Diagnostic Menu:
- Long-press (2 seconds) the Settings and Light buttons simultaneously.
- Short-press the Settings button to cycle options until ‘MISC MENU’ is displayed.
- Long-press the Settings button to view the serial number and MAC address.
- To exit, long-press the Settings and Light buttons simultaneously.
